At TDH, we are gas safe registered and we work on all makes and models of boilers to fault find, repair, replace parts and carry out annual services.
We work closely with manufacturers and suppliers to source parts as quickly as possible for you, so that you can get your boiler fixed quickly and competently. We believe that the majority of the time, a boiler can be repaired rather than replaced.
We also work with landlords to issue the necessary gas safety certificates required for rental properties.
Boiler replacement
Where a new boiler is required, we are highly skilled and experienced in installing Glow-worm boilers which come with a 7 year warranty (warranty can also be extended). We will discuss with you the different types of systems available to make sure we fit the most effective and beneficial solution for your home. Warranties for Glow-worm boilers can be increased to as long as ten years from point of installation, giving you increased peace of mind.
Landlord Gas Safety Certificates
Here at TDH Heating we provide Gas Safety Certificates (CP12) to Landlords in Thame, Long Crendon, Princes Risborough and surrounding areas.
As a landlord, you are responsible for the gas safety of your tenants. You must ensure that all gas appliances are working correctly and safely.
As a landlord it’s important to recognise you are responsible for the gas safety of tenants occupying your property. This involves making sure that all gas appliances are in good working order and are safe for use.
Because of this, each rental property that has gas appliances whether it be an oven or a gas boiler requires a Gas Safety Certificate. These certificates are only able to be issued by a technician registered with the Gas Safe Register. TDH Heating are Gas Safe Registered and therefore we are able to provide Gas Safety Certificates to our clients.
